The business is conducted by its sole owner Marco Petracca, a young local businessman. The management activity is shared within his family, thanks to the tangible help of his younger brother Andrea and his parents, Filippo and Loredana, who have been working for several years in the local business community. A young and enterprising family which, now at its second generation, has shown passion for conducting small businesses, wholeheartedly pushed by love for their own land. With regard to bonds, the property of the pre-existing structure where the B&B is located has belonged to the family for three generations, so giving it a further emotianal value.
