General Terms
- The prices refer to the daily rate. Breakfast service is included in the price.
- Breakfast is served in the hotel from 8:30 to 10:00 and the “Bar Fuori le Mura” (20 m) from 6.00 to 8.30.
- The rate without breakfast is calculated by applying 10% discount on the prices above and a minimum stay of 2 to 3 nights is required.
- Our prices are identical on all booking sites, even on those where there is a commission on a single booking.
- The rate does not include the tourist tax (Rate per person per night until the fifth night: € 0.50 from 1/10 to 31/3; € 1 from 1/4 to 30/9)
- For a stay of 3 days or more, the breakfast rate includes a 5% discount.
- For a stay of 7 days or more, the breakfast rate includes a 10% discount..
- For late check in could be applied a penalty of 10 € per room.
- Check out 10.15. For late check-out may be applied a penalty of 10 € per room.
Terms of payment
- 50% of the total cost of the stay by bank transfer within 5 days from booking to confirm the same. Balance of the total upon arrival at the facility.
Cancellation terms
- The customer can cancel at no cost and with eventual full restitution of the transfer already received within 30 days before check in.
- The property reserves the right to withhold the full amount of the transfer. The corresponding receipt will be sent via mail.
- Reservations with rate without breakfast are not refundable for their full amount.
